This location has been here for some time now. I had been wanting to try it forever and finally got around to it yesterday. Went in about 1:30pm and the place was pretty dead overall. A few people in the dining area and a little crowd in the lounge, I liked that it was quiet it was nice.
Got seated right away and my first impression overall was the restaurant was really clean inside and the lighting was good. My waitress took our drink order right away and came back with our drinks pretty quick.
The menu is great, plenty of variety it was hard choosing what I wanted LOL! I ended up with the veggie wrap/fries and my bf had the fish and chips. Both were absolutely delicious and the fries were so hot and good!!! I can't wait to try some of their other options.
The prices were also key, everything was reasonable for what you get. Portions were not tiny and nothing was overly expensive. Not that I ate in the bar area but it looked really chill with a nice selection of alcohol. I'm definitely gonna check it out next time I eat in for dinner.
I have nothing bad to say about this Westoctt, food was on point, service was excellent, prices affordable etc. Also, nice big parking lot out front and to the side of the building and easy in and out access on to rt.3. For sure one of the better dining options in Coventry. -

Justin, mallory, heather and Brittany are great assets to there business. But inconsistent food orders from the kitchen are often. Sorry to say , as a family we have been going here for at least four years and the down turn is bad. There are too many places close by that we will be going to and avoiding this establishment that we went to approximately five nights a week.

The service was acceptable on this visit. Our bartender Heather was attentive and cordial, though nothing to write home about.
This time we came on a LATE Sunday evening for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Mac&Cheese, and he ordered the Antipasto Salad. The Mac&Cheese definitely needed more creamy cheese sauce. The pasta was dry and under sauced. The chicken and toppings tasted good, but those were the only bites breaking up the monotony of barely cheesy mac and cheese. It was okay, but not really worth the $13. I'd have been more satisfied with a boxed version. Lesson learned.
The antipasto salad was good, the veggies were fresh and crisp. It consisted of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, a few cucumber slices, some thin sliced salami, provolone, and Italian dressing. It's a big salad for sure, so you won't leave hungry. -

UPDATE: I got takeout tonight and I really should have remembered my last visit here. Check the picture of the fish and chips we got tonight. Is that even cod fish? Looks like a half order at best. Greasy. Fries were hard. Tartar sauce was different and like congealed mayo but tasted soy based. Not one single redeeming aspect on this one. $42 in fish that no one ate. Will I learn this time?

I have given them two chances and even made a phone call after first time when I asked for extra pasta sauce and this I guess is extra sauce is to them second time that I can't eat a majority of my pasta simply because i don't have sauce all done with this place
